The problem
Why this one exists
Some of the most useful material in a project never went near a studio. A voice memo sung into a phone on the way home, a director's note recorded in a room with a fan running, a location take that has to become usable for a working pass, an archive recording that is the only version of something that exists.
Ask a general assistant about any of these and you get advice: try noise reduction, some EQ, a dialogue-isolation plugin, here are settings to start from. The advice is not wrong. It is simply the wrong shape — it sends you into another tool to do the work, when the work was the whole request.
Voce takes the file as the subject. You upload the recording, and the answer is audio you can listen to and assess rather than a procedure you now have to carry out.
